the location was convenient, just a short walk to public transport. i found the staff friendly and helpful, they were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the breakfast was good and varied. the room was super clean.
the room was a bit small, it was still functional, but more space would have improved my experience.

The location is super convenient. I could easily walk to the central station. a metro station is really close too! the staff was super friendly and helpful. i got great recommendations for local spots!

The breakfast was delicious. I loved that they had so many options (especially the pastries!). The staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. The junior suite was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location on Buenos Aires was perfect for shopping!

Our room included a king-size bed and a seating area. There were also two large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and I appreciated the modern decor throughout the space, as it made the room feel inviting and fresh.

the breakfast was good. it included bologna, prosciutto, cheeses and croissants. coffee was also available. the staff was helpful with taxi bookings and recommendations.
the rooms are small. old hairs were on the bathroom walls.

The location impressed me. It is near many attractions. The railway station is a short walk away. Breakfast was also superb. I liked the option to make my own juice from fresh oranges, apples, and carrots.
I noticed a lack of seriousness. The customer service was disastrous. It offered a very low level of professionalism. The staff's rudeness was notable.
