the staff were really friendly and helpful . i particularly appreciated how quickly they responded to requests. the room felt spacious and clean, i found fresh towels daily. the complimentary drinks in the evening were a nice touch.

The 'beautiful double room balcony' i booked barely qualified as a closet. The balcony was a joke, it faced a brick wall and offered zero sunlight.. talk about depressing!!!
