a amazing stay!
amazing staff dining spots perfect service
I enjoyed my stay ! the staff were really nice. They even suggested tours and amazing dining spots.. they swiftly accommodated my request for an additional room and ensured my daughter was on the same floor, which i appreciated . the breakfast was superb and the service was perfect!
I noticed that housekeeping missed a few spots. the room was not as super clean as i hoped. I found some areas that needed a bit more attention, it was a minor inconvenience.

My junior suite offered magnificent views of place de la republique. It was a treat. the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, guaranteeing a relaxing experience .

A Gem of a Hotel Experience!!!
convenient location traditional style helpful team peaceful sleep
The location proved convenient, nestled right in the heart of the city. The room decor showcased a fabulous traditional style, including a standout elevator. I found the team members to be super helpful, especially Samuel, who assisted with valet parking. I slept peacefully and enjoyed a great meal at a Lyonnaise restaurant nearby.
I observed that the air conditioning was not fully operational.

a nice stay
valet parking bar decor great view
The valet parking was helpful. Samuel in particular deserves a shoutout. i enjoyed the bar decor. the traditional lift added to the hotel's charm. It was like stepping back in time, a neat touch. my room had a great view, allowing me to see the square. It was so cool!!!
i found a member of staff entered my room unexpectedly. it occurred after i returned from shopping. i raised this with the hotel, but i have not received a response.

this location is very central. it provides easy access to shopping areas and the underground. many restaurants are within easy walking distance. i found it convenient.

I found the staff helpful and positive. They definitely helped to smooth my stay. the breakfast was also fab. It offered lots of delicious options. i especially liked the location. It couldn't be any better, right in the center.
the entrance seemed ugly, impacting the fine old building. my classic double room felt small. the air con did not seem to work correctly.

central location delicious fruit fresh option dirty room stuffy smell minor improvement
This location is really central. It is EXTREMELY convenient. Breakfast was very good, fruits have been delicious. All breakfast options were very fresh and tasty.
i will try to be as fair as i can with this review so first i will like to mention that i expect to have a clean room when i check into a hotel. so when i check in a hotel and walk into a room that smells stuffy and see hairs in the bathroom , stains on walls from old coffee spills or something, dirt on top of surfaces and around switches i do get uneasy. the room need definitely more cleaning than any guess with a wipe can do. so if you have any need of an impecable room , maybe this is not your best choice in my opinion
