Decent Stay with Noticeable Issues
small room poor temperature control
I found the room smaller than expected. The pictures made it look larger. the AC was turned off because it was winter, I understand. The temperature control was very poor though. My room was too hot even with the radiators off the staff response was not great.

clean hotel with great service
helpful concierge updated room excellent bed
I recently spent several nights there. the helpful concierge assisted immediately when my adapter blew a fuse. She restored power and loaned me a working adapter. the updated room featured an excellent bed. i found the hotel on a quiet street convenient as it was near the train station.

back alley small room
The location was well situated. It was less than 10 minutes by foot to the main train station.
My experience was quite disappointing. The reception service was inadequate. My request for a room with a view was ignored, and I was assigned a room overlooking a back alley. The room itself was small. It left very little space to move around comfortably.

warm room elevator problem
the receptionists provided helpful service, offering assistance and knowledge to guests.
i was disappointed with the air conditioning, it did not lower below 19 degrees celsius. this made the room uncomfortably warm during the night. the elevator buttons also presented a problem, as they did not function properly for floor selection.

a solid choice
great location clean room useful equipment
I found a good location near the train station and the city center. the lobby and the rooms were very clean. the gym has equipment, useful for basic workouts. the hotel has a no-pet policy. This is suitable with allergies.
I noticed there was no hotel staff present after 11 p.m. until the next morning. The reception was closed during these hours.

The staff are amazing and friendly. They are always happy to help in any way. receptionists are helpful and knowledgeable. They speak english. the hotel allowed luggage storage for a few days after i checked out!

The rooms are modern and kept clean. They are equipped with comfortable beds. there are parquet floors and air-conditioning is present. flat-screen tvs and coffee and tea facilities are included. It was useful to have these available.
