I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and the air conditioning worked so well that it cooled things down quickly. The bed was comfy, perfect for a couple like us. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and always available staff. The location in Cancun city center was convenient, although the outside of the hotel was not very attractive. The dining experience was delightful, especially the authentic Mexican cuisine at Los Meros de Jalisco.

They were nice, clean, had a unique style, and were very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff offering great recommendations. The location was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood ensuring a good night's sleep and had great walkable access to essential needs. The dining options nearby were delicious, particularly at the Mexican restaurant. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor room for improvement.
