The staff was very polite and responsive, and their service exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location to most places! I especially appreciated how organized everything was upon arrival and their constant communication, it's so great.

The check-in counter staff were friendly, they offered parking at the Eaton Centre. The front desk staff were very helpful and quick to offer solutions! The front staff kindly provided directions and recommendations.

The apartment was spacious and clean! The kitchen contained more than the basic necessities, and I appreciate that. The bed was comfortable and the second bathroom in the entrance was a bonus.

A Romantic Retreat in the City Center

The reception staff were so kind. They did everything to. The apartment is spacious enough for two, and it is well-equipped. I found a lobby on the third floor including a patio. It was perfect to unwind. Eaton Centre is just across the street, so convenient!

The walls are a little thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway sometimes.

Many food places are close, which makes it so easy to find a delicious meal. A supermarket is just five minutes around the corner. This is convenient. What a dreamy location for food lovers.

The apartment had two bathrooms. Each had a toilet and a shower. One shower is above the bathtub. It reminded me of a spa. There was ample storage and lots of mirrors, a true luxury.

There is a washer and dryer inside, SO convenient if you are staying for a longer time. The team communication through WhatsApp made everything smoother. That business lounge IS good. You can rest while awaiting your flight.

The location is perfect. Metro access is right out front. Eaton Centre is across the road. It's a MAJOR shopping mall. The metro station is very close. Transportation is really easy.
