The hotel's location is excellent, right off Plaza Santo Domingo, with convenient access to coffee shops and a pharmacy. The rooms, while lacking a fully closed ceiling, were cozy despite limited natural light. The service, though friendly and helpful, had some language limitations. Dining options were decent but not very varied.

I couldn't ask for a better location than this hotel, it's right off Plaza Santo Domingo and close to all the hotspots. The rooms are on the smaller side and without windows, which felt a little cramped at times. The service was kind overall, but things could move a bit quicker. The dining options were good, but a little repetitive. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle, making it peaceful but a bit secluded for some.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and nicely decorated despite not having any windows other than onto an inside courtyard. The view from the window that was open was lovely, and the room itself was big and comfy. The service, although hit and miss with some unhelpful and grumpy moments, was overall enthusiastic, helpful, and warm, especially in the middle of the night. The hotel's location was superb, right off of Plaza Santo Domingo, offering easy access to everything in the centro historico while being on a quieter street. The dining experience was good, although a bit repetitive, and the facilities were well-maintained.
