The staff were always so helpful. they gave great dining suggestions and booked all our activities. they even arranged transportation for us. Amazing! they responded quickly to questions, too. before we arrived, they sent a video of the room!
The pillows were too flat for me. I couldn't get comfortable at all. plus, the rooms weren't soundproof. It was a bit loud. it was a real bummer.

The location is tranquil, i must say. it's convenient for seaside walks, too. Such a bonus! porto is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. We even walked there!

I found the staff were great! they were always ready to help with my frequent requests. they were kind and helpful. the hotel was very clean, with great attention to detail. the location was perfect for exploring the area. It was a short walk to porto montenegro.
the air conditioning in my room was broken for the entire stay. this made the room quite unpleasant!
