i found the hotel so peaceful, a true escape from the city bustle. the courtyard was a good place, and i spent time there every day enjoying its calm. the rooms were super clean, and the bed was comfortable.
I did find the coffee machine at breakfast difficult to use. It seemed many guests had similar issues.

the rooms felt super spacious. buffet breakfast happened every morning. it included lots of delicious options. the staff was friendly. they were always available when i needed something.

The buffet breakfast included various options. The staff was available and helpful when I had questions. I appreciated their quick responses. My room was very spacious, allowing plenty of room to relax after sightseeing. I found the restaurant setting to be very nice.

Ben, the front desk clerk, assisted me with directions after a wrong turn. The kitchen provided pumpkin soup and bread even at a late hour. The room was both large and quiet. Breakfast had an excellent layout.
The beds felt hard, and the sheets seemed worn. The coffee machine in the breakfast area looked antiquated and hard to operate. There was no minibar in the room.

decent stay, some issues persisted
firm bedlacking lighting
The bed was quite firm, which affected my sleep quality. additionally, the coffee machine at breakfast was difficult to use. staff also struggled with it, so i ended up just having tea. the dinner in the courtyard was nice but lacked lighting. I could not properly see the food i was eating. it got so dark we used our phone lights during the meal, such a bummer.

The hotel had a calm atmosphere. It was pretty. The breakfast offered many choices. I found the staff very friendly. They provided great service. My room was large with attention to decor. It.
The hotel asked for payment upon arrival, I found this unusual. The receptionist questioned my nationality. This made me uncomfortable, and I hope the hotel reviews this policy.

The location was perfect for walking into town or to the riverside. That was good.
I was a little disappointed. The beds were hard and the sheets a bit worn. The coffee machine at breakfast was antiquated. Customers struggled to operate it, and the staff couldn't help either, it needed a pot of coffee.
