inconsistent stay, some issues present
rude staff inconsistent labeling
the room was clean, a basic requirement i suppose.
I found the staff rather rude, especially during breakfast. I asked for soy milk and was abruptly told it was finished. allergen labeling was inconsistent, some items were labeled, but many were not was nice. the air conditioner barely worked. The room never got cool, even on the lowest setting.

a fair stay
good value polite staff badly stained carpet low floor
the breakfast had lots of choices. i saw pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, sausages, eggs, ham, cheeses, bread, juices, coffee and tea. the hotel is a good value particularly because breakfast is included. the room was cleaned and the staff was courteous.
the hotel was well located. i stayed there for a week. the first night was terrible. i asked for a high floor and quiet room and they gave me room 211, with a badly stained carpet.

the hotel is VERY close to the central part of the city center. i found delicious gluten and lactose-free dishes brought on request at breakfast. i enjoyed the accommodation.
the carpet in the room had some holes and stains from use.

the hotel offered complimentary food, available from 7am to 4pm, it was great. my room included a cooler for drinks, very useful. the staff booked a taxi to the airport at a very early hour, i appreciated this.
the carpet had some stains, i think it needs replacement.

helpful staff daily cleaning comfortable bed
I appreciated this assistance greatly. the room had a cooler for drinks, and the daily cleaning service maintained a high standard of cleanliness. the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked very well.
the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room effectively, even on the lowest setting.
