I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with great air conditioning and very hot water, and I was even upgraded to a room that was 100% better than the standard one. The service was fantastically helpful, especially in the busy colonial zone of Santo Domingo. The location was excellent, right in the vibrant Colonial Zone but surprisingly quiet, like an oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. The dining experience could use some improvement in terms of variety, but the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Overall, a great place to stay with top-notch service and comfort.
