I had an excellent stay at Casa Vander in Central Valparaiso! The location on a hill offered stunning views, but be ready for a workout. The colonial charm of the house was delightful, and the staff, especially Fernando and Myriam, were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious. However, the steep paths can be a challenge for those not in shape.
