The hotel offers stunning rooms with beautiful views but may be a bit far from the bedrooms. The location is convenient, not far from Santiago's large shopping mall and in a great area close to the beach resort of Vina del Mar. The service is excellent, offering various amenities like room service, car hire, and housekeeping. However, dining options are limited to smoked fish, and facilities are not as expansive as expected.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering great views of the mountains. The service was impeccable, and the location was perfect, very close to malls. However, the dining options were limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.
