Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious after being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The front-facing view added to the appeal of the accommodation. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, although a warning about a particular concierge was given. The location was a standout feature, being centrally located near all necessities but tucked away in a quiet and safe district. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the buffet offered a variety of options. The facilities were decent, providing essential services for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with extremely comfortable rooms, but the noise from a nearby bar kept me up until late. The rooms were hot without the option to cool them down easily. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff, making me feel at home. The location was perfect, close to popular spots but not too crowded. The dining experience offered great variety, though leaning more towards international cuisine. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor inconveniences.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with a large double bed, a cozy couch, and a convenient working area. The bathroom felt luxurious even though the room was a bit small. The service was top-notch, with staff members who made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to go the extra mile in ensuring my stay was perfect. The location was ideal for exploring Taksim Square and Istiklal Road, just a short walk away from major tourist attractions. The dining experience was excellent with a delicious and varied breakfast spread. The facilities were impressive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The room on the 9th floor with a balcony showcasing a city view was incredibly spacious, and having a balcony was a lovely feature. The location near Taksim Square and the metro was unbeatable, making exploring Istanbul a breeze. The service, apart from one minor hiccup with a front desk manager, was top-notch with excellent recommendations for private car services. The dining options were varied and satisfying, offering healthy local food. The facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in, room 808, needed some renovation and cleaning, but it was surprisingly beautiful, clean, and huge. On the downside, the room felt uncomfortably hot like an oven with no A/C.
