I enjoyed my stay ! The location was central and convenient. The hotel offered complimentary water and sparkling water. A free drink coupon for the bar was a nice touch. I found the staff kind and helpful.
The amenities fee was not clearly explained, i was unsure what it covered.

The room had a comfortable bed. The room included soft, yellow robes. The decor was fun and quirky, giving a very cheerful feeling to the experience, and everything were very clean.

The staff was very helpful. They provided a reusable water bottle with a refilling station in the lobby, i did appreciate that. The check-in was quick and efficient. They helped with my luggage too.

The downstairs bar was lively. It was cute. There were some good diners locally. I found them ideal for breakfast during my short stay at the hotel.

The LOCATION was great for exploring. It was easy to walk to many attractions, and several subway stops were nearby. The Back Bay King room worked well for me, although the rooms and bathrooms are smaller due to the hotel being in a city. I appreciated the comfy robe and the attached bar for food and drinks on rainy nights.
