The staff provided very helpful directions and checked routes for me. the location faces the library, it was a favorite spot. the fresh croissants and coffee in the morning were complimentary. The restaurant food was delicious with lovely servers.
the room was very small. i did not have space for a desk or wardrobe, just a wall hook without hangers.

the hotel is in the heart of back bay. the location is close to a metro station. i found the spot convenient and close to key attractions.

The receptionists were super attentive! everyone at the front desk provided wonderful service. the staff was helpful regarding how to get to places. They always checked routes. the staff gave restaurant recommendations.

I appreciated the staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel location is great , with good restaurants nearby. Public transport access is a definite plus. The included breakfast pastry and coffee was a nice touch.
My room was quite small , located at the back of the restaurant dining area. The window was tiny and faced mostly walls. This made moving around difficult , and closet space for my clothes was inadequate.

The hotel is superbly located , near a main street in the city center. It is directly across from a subway station. I found that every interesting point in the city was within walking distance , a significant benefit.

Location was superb, right by Copley Square. The metro was super easy to access, it allowed quick trips. Staff was friendly and always had helpful information. Complimentary coffee and pastries each morning was a sweet bonus.
The TV lacked smart capabilities.

The provided coffee was substandard. Croissants sat out from early morning. They did not taste fresh. The menu offered mostly breakfast options but no light fare. I desired a simple toasted bagel but this request was denied. I also was not offered a copy of my invoice at check-out. I had to request it by email later.

the hotel location was excellent for exploring. public parking was a short walk away , and i found that very convenient. the staff were helpful , and i appreciated their courteous service. i found a boston guide and map in my room. i thought that was very useful for navigating the area.
the window did not close properly , and i could hear some noise from nearby air conditioning units.

the location was central. i easily walked to many places. the staff was helpful (especially with directions!). they offered morning coffee and pastries. i found that quite charming.
