Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
helpful staff great location breakfast pastry
I appreciated the staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel location is great , with good restaurants nearby. Public transport access is a definite plus. The included breakfast pastry and coffee was a nice touch.
My room was quite small , located at the back of the restaurant dining area. The window was tiny and faced mostly walls. This made moving around difficult , and closet space for my clothes was inadequate.

The hotel is superbly located , near a main street in the city center. It is directly across from a subway station. I found that every interesting point in the city was within walking distance , a significant benefit.

Superb stay at a cozy Spot
central location easy access helpful staff sweet bonus
Location was superb, right by Copley Square. The metro was super easy to access, it allowed quick trips. Staff was friendly and always had helpful information. Complimentary coffee and pastries each morning was a sweet bonus.
The TV lacked smart capabilities.

Coffee and croissants are available each morning for the guests. I noticed a Landwer Restaurant is also inside the hotel. I also saw guests receive a discount at this restaurant for breakfast.

Staff provides helpful and detailed information upon request. I observed that the housekeeping staff responds quick to requests. I also want to give a special shout-out to Brittany!

The location is near the train station, this allows easy transport. Many restaurants and shops surround the hotel. I saw that the historical Public Library is right across the street.

The room felt very clean and well maintained. I could see the DVD and VHS collection the hotel has. I also saw there was a radio receiver and speaker in the room.

stale croissants missing invoice
The provided coffee was substandard. Croissants sat out from early morning. They did not taste fresh. The menu offered mostly breakfast options but no light fare. I desired a simple toasted bagel but this request was denied. I also was not offered a copy of my invoice at check-out. I had to request it by email later.

the hotel location was excellent for exploring. public parking was a short walk away , and i found that very convenient. the staff were helpful , and i appreciated their courteous service. i found a boston guide and map in my room. i thought that was very useful for navigating the area.
the window did not close properly , and i could hear some noise from nearby air conditioning units.

the location was central. i easily walked to many places. the staff was helpful (especially with directions!). they offered morning coffee and pastries. i found that quite charming.
the room i had was small. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms. i also noticed a random paper towel in the fridge upon arrival (that seemed odd).
