The hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a high bed and a comfortable mattress. However, there was an issue with cockroaches in the room. The free internet was convenient as it did not require logging back in every time I left. The location was excellent, easy to reach Palm Desert area in 8-10 minutes, close to restaurants, and shops. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were delays in fixing issues. The dining experience offered a variety of Mediterranean dishes, starting early in the morning. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were smaller than expected and located right off the elevator, but the bed was comfy and the internet service was reliable. The service, on the other hand, was a mixed bag with overwhelmed staff at check-in but very accommodating afterward. The location was perfect, just a few miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, although vacuuming the wide floor areas seemed to be a challenge. The dining experience was good overall, but an issue with the elevator on the second day was inconvenient.
