I found the hotel rooms to be surprisingly spacious, exceeding expectations for what I paid. However, they were in need of updating and barely fit a single bed. The service started off well with helpful travel information, but unfortunately took a turn, becoming unpleasant and resulting in a dispute over credit card charges. The hotel's location, though near shops and restaurants, was marred by constant airplane noise from the nearby runway. Despite being near restaurants and a casino, the overall location did not meet my expectations for a relaxing stay. The dining experience at the onsite restaurant, Piu Bello, was a highlight, offering a delicious menu and fresh products. Overall, I had mixed feelings about my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and nearby amenities. The rooms, though small, lack cleanliness and essential amenities like towels and washcloths. The service is friendly but lacks proper training to meet hospitality standards. The dining options are budget-friendly but fall short in providing a satisfactory experience. The hotel's location is a standout feature, especially for those looking to explore Isla Verde and its surroundings.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent, close to the beach and convenient for my early departure the next morning, the room I received was not what I expected, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was wonderful, but the lack of friendliness impacted my overall experience.
