Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, offering clean and well-maintained rooms with a somewhat awkward shower. The service is ultra-professional and accommodating, with a few odd moments. While the location is great for easy access to San Antonio and Austin, the downside is the noise from above. Dining options are fresh and enjoyable, albeit with limited choices.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, despite being nice, had an annoying jiggle that shook everything. However, the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to make up for an error. The location was delightful, especially for river views, though noise from above was a downside. The dining was good but a bit pricey, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was good overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, mine didn't have a balcony, which made it feel a bit stuffy. The service was excellent, especially from the lady at the Bistro at night. The location was convenient for my travels, although the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. The facilities were decent, and I had some mixed feelings about my time there.
