I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms that had a kitchen and a balcony offering a spectacular view of the mountains. However, the AC in the room was a bit noisy, affecting our night's sleep. The service was fantastic, particularly the staff in the lifts, who were incredibly friendly. The location was great, being near some restaurants and offering easy transportation. The dining experience was simple but good, and the facilities, like the lounge area and sauna, were better than expected.
