Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The hotel's location was further out of downtown than I expected, but it still offered great and easy access to many amenities. The service provided additional comfort and benefits to my family, which we greatly appreciated. However, some staff members, including the manager, Andre, were condescending and rude. The rooms were decent, but I encountered issues with maintenance and cleanliness. The dining experience was nice, but there was room for improvement in the variety of dishes provided.
The hotel has spacious rooms with a large bedroom and living room, albeit with a compact bathroom. The grounds are in need of landscaping but offer a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, being close to various areas of interest. The dining options were enjoyable, particularly the fish and chips. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had some nice features like friendly service and a good location near downtown Santa Fe, but the rooms weren't up to par. The dining options were limited, but the staff was helpful despite a few sketchy encounters around the area.
