Welcome to Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo West By Ihg – Amarillo

My stay at the hotel was incredibly pleasant. The rooms were sparkling clean and exceptionally spacious, offering the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel. The service was friendly and professional, though I noticed a lack of enforcement regarding mask wearing. The location was peaceful and convenient, near a movie theater and restaurants. The dining experience was superb, with a delicious help-yourself breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable overall.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed, although I wished it were $30 cheaper. The staff were friendly and professional, but there was a minor issue with operating the key card for the elevator and doors. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, even though it was a bit dark in the early morning. The dining experience was good overall, with delicious rolls, but the room felt overcrowded. The fitness facilities were more than adequate for a workout.

The bed was very comfortable with four big pillows. The room had a great color scheme, and I especially loved the TV in the bathroom. On the downside, the location was a bit tricky due to being on the opposite side of the street from the regular Holiday Inn, and the price was higher compared to nicer locations in the area.
