the location was superb it was right near super posh shops i found the room had plenty of space with air con and a bath breakfast was the best i had during my trip to japan i appreciated help getting to my uber and the station for the airport express

I loved that this hotel provided unmatched hospitality! the staff were helpful and polite, i could send my luggage to the next hotel with no trouble at all. the location was superb. Dotonbori street was just a two-minute walk away.
i was on the eighth floor and could still hear the noise at 2am. this made it difficult to sleep well.

The staff displayed a high level of attentiveness, promptly addressing requests and ensuring all interactions were efficient. the luggage handling service was seamless, really hassle-free.

Breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, including kushikatsu, miso, and curry rice daily. there were also western options for those that prefer them. The quality and variety, leaving me satisfied and ready for the day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to transportation. Shinsaibashi is 700m away, and namba metro station is 400m. the laundry across the street was very useful too.

The room featured comfortable bedding, bath salts, and bath powder. the soaker tub was also a treat, and i took advantage of it. You also have the option for daily towel refresh and garbage removal or to skip it altogether.

enjoyable breakfastdisruptive noise
the breakfast was enjoyable and the location offered convenient shopping and dining.
The room was clean, but i had to contact reception several times about noise. other guests allowed their children to run and scream in the corridors. The noise was disruptive.
