Excellent Location and Convenient Amenities!

The location was amazing for visiting Universal Studios Japan. It made access easy. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenient coin-operated luggage storage, allowing me to sightsee without luggage after checkout.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is really close to Universal Studios.
I found the tv remote control had a Netflix button, but Netflix was NOT available on the tv. This was like false advertising. Breakfast restaurant staff were rude. They threw out my baby's milk, which upset me. The channels on the TV repeated the same movie over and over again. That was frustrating.

THIS hotel is convenient to the parks. Our rooms were spacious. We loved the warm toilet seats. The staff were very responsive and so helpful. They assisted with taxi bookings. There are lockers for luggage storage available for a minimal fee. IT safe area even when returning late at night. The on site restaurant delivered yummy room service.
THE tv remote had a Netflix button, sadly Netflix was not available.

The room felt clean AND it was bigger than other rooms I stayed in. The warm toilet seats and bidet were amazing features. The rooms were big enough that we had space to move around and open our luggages. Toiletries were AVAILABLE.

The staff responded WELL to requests. Staff assisted in calling taxis and explaining destinations in Japanese. The hotel staff assisted us WITH photos during a birthday celebration. THE staff are friendly and helpful.
