serviceable stay, a few drawbacks
tired room hanging socket
the location was convenient, giving access to a few stations nearby.
the room i had was nothing like the pictures online (that's always a fun surprise). i noticed tiles in the kitchen and a power socket hanging off the wall. i wouldn't call it dangerous, but it wasn't exactly confidence-inspiring.

The receptionist checked us in with a friendly and professional attitude. the room was bright and clean.. there was also a fridge available. I stored some milk for coffee. the location gives good access to tfl routes.

clean mattress shower gel efficient check
check in was efficient. i was assigned room 309, and it had a very clean and comfy mattress. THE room exceeded standards and included amenities. shower gel and shampoo were provided, a VERY nice touch. I slept well, without any disturbances. I will come back again.
the room i was given needed some updates. power points not working made charging my phone difficult.

tube stations bus stops double room easy access
i had a double room. it had everything i needed. the hotel is close to bus stops and tube stations. this was ideal for getting around. rooms was very comfy and tidy.
the room was small. there were no extra pillows available. there was no kettle even though there was coffee and tea.

check-in went very smoothly and the staff was amazing i booked a triple room, but we received a family room it was offset slightly from the main entrance! the room featured ample space, good air conditioning, and a very decent bathroom. we found a large tv available.

The room was very clean and equipped with all necessities. I found a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and a hairdryer, quite useful. The staff kindly lent me a connector when I realized I had the wrong type. I appreciated the clean private bathroom, as that was a big priority for me.
The curtains in my room let in too much light. It made it difficult to sleep in the mornings. The lack of proper blackout curtains was a significant inconvenience

I found the beautiful room on the third floor immaculate upon arrival. it was modern and very quiet, just what i needed. saif, the night receptionist, was helpful and approachable. He. i really appreciated the overnight free parking.
i noticed a slight lack of teaspoons in the room for making tea.
