The hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean upon arrival but had a defective fire alarm that disturbed me every time I opened the bathroom door after a shower. Unfortunately, my room backed up to the elevator, and I was woken numerous times by loud guests in the hallway. However, the service was top-notch, especially Olga, who was very friendly. The location was superb for the activities I was doing in the area, but it was not far from the mountains. The dining was delicious and chock full of a variety of quality hot and cold food. Overall, it was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences, with some aspects exceeding expectations while others fell short.
