I booked pretty spontaneously and am so glad I did. The front desk staff were friendly. My room was clean with minimal issues. Freedom Beat had great food, I thought. Table game staff are personable, I felt welcomed. Drink prices at the Furnace bar are reasonable, the bartenders was excellent.

the hotel is near the fremont street experience. parking is free for hotel guests. one staff member helped with my luggage from the curb. i used the express kiosk for an easy check in.
the casino floor is smaller than others in the area.

Front desk employees were attentive and provided excellent customer service. Polite, friendly, and kind customers were also present.
I noticed that the hotel rooms lack a refrigerator and a microwave. This absence limits the ability to store or heat food items in the room. I would have preferred these conveniences.

The location was very convenient. freemont street was nearby, so it was easy to access entertainment. the staff at the front desk was polite. They answered all my questions efficiently! the pool area was well kept and offered a relaxing environment.
the ice machine was located on a different floor, slightly inconvenient.

the easy check in was acceptable with parking available in front when i got my keys.
Anyone could access room floors. they took no measures and did not mention this at check in. the bathroom floor was dingy, and the shower had a partial glass panel causing water to escape.
