squeaky elevator cigarette smell
The grounds were kept clean the room was spacious it offered necessary amenities like a hairdryer and iron.
The elevators had a very loud squeak I found questionable. The room smelled like old cigarettes it was a 'Fantasy Suite'. The ice machine on my floor was not working the front desk offered no help only information on the cost of ice and delivery.

Great Stay Off-Strip
clean room modern design helpful staff
My room was clean and it had a nice smell. The view from the room was really great from the front desk. I found the staff accommodating and helpful overall. I appreciated the modern design in the spacious room.
The pool was closed because of the wind.

food option clean ground spacious room large casino
i found many food options in the same place. the grounds were kept clean. our room was very spacious with amenities like a hair dryer and iron. the casino was large and offered many games.
the hotel didn't have free wifi, a minor inconvenience.

the staff took good care of me. they were attentive and gave me good advice on games to play. i loved the atmosphere, it was very calm and friendly.

The hotel is not far from the strip. It is probably about a 30-minute walk. an uber ride takes only four minutes. this made accessing different parts of the area easy.

easy arrival smooth check-in really good hospitality refreshing cocktails
the valet service made arrival easy. check-in was smooth, and desie at the vip lounge provided really good hospitality. i began my day with refreshing cocktails at the laguna pool at palms place. i enjoyed a late lunch at tim ho wan restaurant.

fantastic stay!
clean room strip view amazing music
my room was very clean and looked brand new upon arrival. the strip view from my room was great. i loved the new and clean furniture at the pool. the music was AMAZING!!!
the ac in my room would not go below 68 degrees, even with the setting at 50.

This location is a short cab ride or walk from the strip. It is convenient. the hotel's distance from the strip provided a slightly less busy atmosphere. it was busy enough and maintained a good vibe.
