My room was clean and it had a nice smell. The view from the room was really great from the front desk. I found the staff accommodating and helpful overall. I appreciated the modern design in the spacious room.
The pool was closed because of the wind.

the hotel didn't have free wifi, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is not far from the strip. It is probably about a 30-minute walk. an uber ride takes only four minutes. this made accessing different parts of the area easy.

the valet service made arrival easy. check-in was smooth, and desie at the vip lounge provided really good hospitality. i began my day with refreshing cocktails at the laguna pool at palms place. i enjoyed a late lunch at tim ho wan restaurant.
