The location was AMAZING!!! it's super close to all the major sites, especially the colosseum. It was only a short walk. i found many restaurants nearby, great. the staff were very accommodating and kind. They welcomed my family, so appreciated.

The hotel is close to many cafes. That allowed me to explore different breakfast options. the location is amazing and quite quiet at night. I appreciate that. the staff helped me find my destinations, it was a positive experience.

The staff was always smiling, acceptable.
The room service was not careful. My shirt was thrown directly ON the suitcase. Wifi was unstable and sometimes UNFUNCTIONAL. The room barely had any noise isolation. I heard people coughing in the hallway.

The location was a highlight. It was very close to the Colosseum. Staff arranged a taxi promptly when needed. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room. The air conditioning worked very well .
The breakfast costs extra, even though online it says it is included.

The hotel is close to the Cavour metro station. The front desk is staffed twenty-four hours. Staff can arrange taxis quickly when requested at the front desk. There is a dependence located at Via Leonina 16.

Staff were very helpful and nice . The front desk staff were especially kind. They greeted me with a smile. They promptly assisted with luggage storage too.
