underwhelming stay near ancient sites
small roommisleading photos
The location was good, near the forum, yet the experience fell short. our "standard double or twin room" was smaller than expected. The photos online were misleading. i constantly heard noise from adjacent rooms. these issues impacted the quality of my stay and made it less relaxing than hoped.

road-facing room with EARLY noise , sadly
cobbled surfaceearly noise
my room faced the road , and the traffic noise was a CONSISTENT problem , especially early in the morning. tyre noise seemed amplified by the cobbled street outside. i found it hard to sleep past 5am because of the service entrance nearby , staff used it noisily. it really disrupted what could have been a more restful stay , and i felt Disappointed.
