The location is ideal, especially because it is safe and quiet. the lobby features bright, modern furniture. A great place for relaxation! the staff delivered professional, friendly service. the room was charming, with comfortable beds and pillows. I slept very well.
the room was really small, difficult to fully open both our suitcases. also, the bathroom mirror was difficult to use because of its height.

Breakfast was basic, yet satisfying. la villa reine french restaurant sits right next door! i noticed several other restaurants and cafés within a short walk. Very convenient.

small roomterrible shower
the pictures online are abit misleading. my room, a renovated superior double room, felt much smaller than i expected. we also had some issues with the bathroom mirror that we couldn't use. the shower was not great either, and we found it hard to have both of our suitcases open because it was really tiny. it wasnt a very practical arrangement at all.

i loved having a room with a view of the eiffel tower. the staff members were very nice and helpful especially when i had questions. the air conditioning worked well in the room which i find rare in europe. breakfast offered some nice choices each morning.
the room was quite small and the furniture seemed a little old. the walls were thin i could hear neighbors conversations.

The hotel is near the metro and attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Many restaurants are nearby and a convenience grocery exists close to the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious with excellent service.

the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. breakfast included a variety of options. i especially appreciated the fresh pastries and the selection of cheeses. the coffee was strong and a good way to start the day.
the room felt smaller than expected from the photos online. the furniture seemed a bit dated with some visible wear and tear. the elevator was quite small, sometimes making it difficult to use with luggage. the noise from the street was noticeable at times.

the check-in staff provided excellent service. the breakfast staff also performed their duties admirably. i confirmed in advance by email that a rick steves book would get us free daily breakfast, and it did.
the room i booked was quite small. that seems typical for properties in this area, though. i also found the walls were very thin, so noise traveled easily between rooms.
