i found the complimentary tea and coffee by reception a nice touch. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location near gare du nord was very convenient for my travels. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of good food to choose from.
The surrounding area near gare du nord felt a little uncomfortable at night. I did not feel completely safe walking alone after dark.

The breakfast offered a variety of fresh options to start the day acceptably.
The room I occupied had a distinct smell when the air conditioning was off. Visible mold also was in the bathroom. There were various suspicious stains plus noticeable dust.

the hotel offered convenient access to transportation hubs. the staff readily assisted with directions and luggage. i found the room clean with fresh linens daily. the complimentary coffee in the lounge was a welcome addition.
the street outside was somewhat noisy during peak hours, a minor disturbance.
