the location was convenient a short walk to many attractions the breakfast was diverse it offered many choices and the receptionist karolina was great she was sincerely interested in making my stay perfect i felt valued as a guest because of her service.
the room cards stopped working one night around 11 pm it happened to several rooms and i waited almost an hour to get it fixed i received no apology or compensation the heating was not working even though the night temperature was quite low the parking fee seemed expensive considering the provided option.

The room lighting was BAD. The breakfast, while included, was really basic. One morning, I found the shower temperature difficult to regulate. It swung from cold to scalding. there was no coffee maker in the room, which I really missed. The lack of 24-hour reception was also inconvenient.

the hotel is near restaurants and a short walk from attractions. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast offered variety (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries). the staff was flexible with our early arrival.
the room cards malfunctioned one night, and we had to call for assistance. it took nearly an hour to resolve, and no apology or compensation was offered. the heating was also off due to the end of winter season (though it was still quite chilly).
