Grateful Stay at a Historic Location

I found the reception staff to be very polite. They seemed approachable when I needed assistance. Breakfast provided fresh fruit. They had different types of bread and eggs each morning. The room included a mini fridge, something I always find useful. The beds and pillows felt very comfortable.
The narrow stairs inside the hotel posed a small challenge. This is due to the building's historic monastery design. It might be difficult for some guests.

decent but not without its issues
cramped roomnon-functional ac
The room i was given turned out to be a loft room on the third floor. the room felt cramped, it only had two small windows and a steep staircase to the loft. the air conditioning was also not working properly. It just made noise.

i appreciated the calm atmosphere in this historic building. the location near the castle suited me. the breakfast had a very excellent range of items to choose from. the staff were very cute!
