Really good Staff and Central Location
helpful staff welcome drink central location generous discount
The staff pampered us from arrival to departure. We received a welcome drink and assistance with our bags. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast chef prepared daily specials in addition to the regular menu.
The room looked worn and I felt it could have been cleaner.

The hotel provides luggage storage to guests. There is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the premises. A paid airport shuttle service can be arranged. Guests can find many shops and restaurants within a short walk.

Our room featured a balcony. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable. We had a tv with satellite channels. The room included a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

worn room noisy mini-fridge
My room had a few issues. The walls showed scuff marks, and the bathroom tiles had some noticeable mildew. the mini-fridge was quite noisy. I had to unplug it at night. I was hoping for a better experience considering other aspects.
