bright foyerenjoyable staycute staffroom allocation
the hotel had a bright and inviting foyer. our room had every amenity needed for an enjoyable stay. the staff was very great (i especially liked alice!).
i found the organization a bit lacking as there was a mix-up with the room allocation upon arrival, causing some initial inconvenience.

the hotel is in a good location (i found many restaurants nearby). three metro stations are within walking distance, so it is easy to get around. the room had everything i needed, including a good powerful shower.
the night shift gentleman arranged for his friend to drive us to the airport instead of calling a taxi. the driver charged 69 euros, more than a taxi fixed fee.

I appreciated the location, it was close to transportation. The shower size was a definite plus for me. The hotel staff were cute upon arrival, which I found refreshing. I was able to easily access many restaurants and shopping options in the area.
The room I received did not quite match the photos online. It made accessing my room more difficult since the stairs were steep.

The rooms have adequate space and feature good insulation from outside noise. The beds felt comfortable. Daily maid service maintained the room in excellent condition, leaving it spotless each day.
