the location near the marina is quite convenient. i found breakfast to be good with a nice variety of choices. the staff was cute and helpful, particularly with an unexpected room upgrade.
The pool is small. I'd describe it more as a courtyard garden. i observed a tendency to charge for everything immediately instead of allowing charges to be put on the room account.

the location is just great, its near everything i needed and wanted. my room had excellent towels, and i really liked the hairdryer in the bathroom. the beds were so comfy!
the pool area is tiny, not like the pictures showed. also, staff always wanted me pay right away instead of putting charges on my room. this got annoying fast.

the location was acceptable and provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
This caused unnecessary delays when i was trying to reach my room. i also noticed that the coffee cups in my room were not thoroughly cleaned. this impacted my initial impression of the room's upkeep.

I felt super welcome thanks to every staff member. i received a sweet suite upgrade unexpectedly. prosecco was given to me upon arrival, such an attentive service all the time! talamanca beach was just over 10 minutes away and the shops and restaurants were only 15 minutes away. It was so easy to get around! the room was perfect. Very clean, and the shower/wet room was great.
The staff was running around a bit during breakfast! it was slightly chaotic but nothing too crazy. Also during dinner, it seemed like there weren't quite enough staff.

breakfast had a premium selection of ingredients and included an eggs menu, I even saw macarons!. staff was super friendly and I even got a bottle of cava upon arrival, plus free entrances to a club closing weekend!

the suite had a real 'wow' effect and it totally surprised me! the staff completely made my birthday complete, I'm so grateful for that! breakfast was also incredibly delicious; I enjoyed it immensely.

I found the hotel design new and appealing. The complimentary breakfast tasted delicious. The staff was nice and helpful. I enjoyed the service they provided.
I booked the hotel partly for the guest list entry to a club, but I received an email a week prior to inform me it was no longer available. It took several emails for them to honor the original offer. This situation caused some inconvenience.

The location suited my needs perfectly. i found the rooms to be spacious and clean. That was a definite plus.
The air conditioner in my room emitted a strange odor upon activation. also, i learned entrance to the pacha club wasn't available after 12:30 am. This i found disappointing.
