wow, what an very nice experience!

I loved the heated pool area. It had so many areas for finding peace. breakfast was excellent, i mean lots of choice. the outside space was fabulous!!! the staff were friendly too. I really appreciated that.
The receptionists were very busy. They didn't have much warmth.

Honestly, the experience wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. i found the breakfast buffet a bit of a letdown. Birds were having a field day crawling all over it. coffee options were also seriously lacking, a crime against humanity in my book. i expected much more for the price i paid, cold breakfast food

the level lounge was great. it provides drinks and snacks throughout the day. the heated swimming pool access added a luxury to our trip, i appreciated that. breakfast food buffet was generally good, offering many selections. i also found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The poolside bar was only open for one day during my four-night stay. This was inconvenient. getting drinks required me to get dressed and go to the lounge.
