I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were dark and not well lit, the provided space was sufficient for my family. The amenities were good, and the refrigerator kept everything cold, even frozen items. The service was just as described, fabulous, and very attentive, although the staff's habit of talking with food in their mouth was off-putting. The location was convenient and roomy, although access from the TTU loop was tricky. The dining experience was awesome, with a generous selection and even a cook customizing meals. The hotel had great facilities, making the stay comfortable.

My stays at the Lubbock Embassy Suites were always pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, offering a spotless environment with a very cozy mattress, crisp linens, and a quiet interior perfect for a great night's sleep. However, there was a slight issue with the housekeeping service forgetting to clean our room promptly.

The dining experience was good, especially the light dinner and drinks in the evening, although breakfast ended early. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of the stay.
