uneven experience near the colosseum

uneven bed clogged pipes

the hotel was just a short walk from the colosseum. the hotel itself was nice, well-kept with kind staff.

The bed was uneven. One side of the bed had something like concavity. also the pipes of the bathroom were clogged. there was no sound proofing at all. I heard every room listens to the next. overall i think is only for 2 stars hotel. not worth those prices.

metro station smart tv spacious bathroom plentiful towels

i found the location quite convenient, it was close to a metro station. i had easy access around the city. the room featured a clean, comfortable space. i appreciated the spacious bathroom and the smart tv. towels were plentiful and necessary.

the air conditioning control was managed centrally by the reception, i could not adjust it from my room. it proved to be a slight inconvenience.

The welcome drink was a really nice touch. the location is excellent, near the colosseum. the staff were helpful. i liked the breakfast. There was a wide variety of choices (it made each morning enjoyable).

the shower was a bit small, making it somewhat difficult to move comfortably.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet included many options and tasted fresh. The location was convenient, placing me near a metro station. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room too.
