I find the room spacious. There is also a good working air conditioner. The free shuttle to the beach is so convenient. The staff is helpful too. Breakfast is a solid offering with a variety of foods.

I appreciate the banquet hall. It accommodated our gathering of 80 people well. Mr Mumtaz, the Banquet Manager, was efficient. Mr Jeffrey, the F&B Manager, was very helpful. The staff made our event special, SO thankful.

I received an upgrade to a beautiful king room, but it wasn't excellent. The room seemed dated, especially the shower. There was also a WEIRD smell present.

The location is a bit far from the metro and the mall. You have to pay for transportation to get around.

i appreciated the clean and spacious room i found the front desk staff very friendly especially sam and hanna their hospitality made my check-in smooth. i also commend zhangli from the bell desk along with oshini dina and martha from the call center for their courteous and polite assistance. the convenient location near the mall of the emirates was definitely a plus

the shower in my room was not working properly this was a minor inconvenience but it did affect my overall experience
