the staff showed amazing attention and service. i was a returning customer needing urgent help because my flight got cancelled. they assisted me in finding a room despite being fully booked, i am very thankful. staff helped me close my luggage due to my back pain! i wouldn't hesitate to book here again. thank you to the front desk team.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I found the staff very helpful. Hassan provided an upgrade to my room (which was a great surprise!). The gym was great with a good range of equipment for a complete workout. The location is close to key spots, a real plus!

the staff were lovely and always ready to assist. i received a free upgrade, it was a spacious one bedroom suite! they really take care of you here.
The room had a musty smell, it was not good. the water pressure for the shatif wasn't strong enough for proper use. the car park b1 wasn't clean. There were trip hazards blocking the path from the door to the parking area.

i really enjoyed my time here. the staff were attentive, always ready to assist with any request. my room had comfortable twin beds and a nice, modern design. the hotel's location was also great as it provided easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.
the gym equipment looked a little outdated. i think a refresh with some newer machines would.

The pool area includes a good number of sun loungers (i counted at least 15) and a shaded area for relaxation. the fitness center has basic equipment including treadmills and weights. I used one treadmill without issues. there is also a spa offering various treatments.
