The rooftop pool area had canopy sun beds and loungers. bar and food service are available. the food and drink options are affordable and include homemade cocktails. the staff are friendly and always willing to help guests with anything. there is an atm right next to the hotel. This adds convenience.
The hotel room lacked thorough cleaning. The floor felt sticky, surfaces showed visible marks, and corners was dirty. the shampoos were not replaced. the quality of furnishings seemed poor. the toilet paper holder was broken, causing the paper to slip off. i found these issues inconvenient

The location was ideal. It is in gueliz, a quiet area close to the medina. the hotel looked clean. the rooftop pool became my favorite feature. It had a nice atmosphere. mohammed at reception facilitated a late checkout,.
I noticed the stairwell roofs were low. I bumped my head a few times because they were unmarked. the restaurant downstairs seemed expensive.

The staff was helpful. Manal at the front desk arranged an airport transfer. The process was smooth. The rooftop pool area is nice and the bar serves alcoholic drinks. A limited menu of food from the restaurant is available there.
The room's bathroom had some issues. The shower caused flooding. The toilet paper holder was broken. I found myself without water one morning before my departure. I had to use bottled water.

Ah, the staff greeted me with such warmth, their kindness shining through. I seemed like i was stepping into a dream. the rooftop pool was a sparkling jewel, a perfect spot for tender moments under the sun. i appreciated the easy walk to nearby attractions, each step a shared discovery.
The gym's equipment felt a little dated. Still, the other amenities more than compensated.
