Excellent Stay with Personalised Service

I stayed for five nights and found the gardens beautifully landscaped. I felt I had the entire place to myself. I particularly appreciated the Platinum status upgrade to a spacious suite (it made ALL the difference).
The variety of fresh soft fruits at breakfast was somewhat limited, given the amazing array available in local markets.

The hotel has direct access to the promenade. I enjoyed daily walks and felt safe. It's a longer walk to the city center and marina (about 50 minutes).

My room was in a quiet area, exactly as I requested. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was quite nice. I returned each day to a super clean room with clean sheets and towels.

the check-in service felt laborious. i was told to sit on a sofa. a suited young lady barely acknowledged me. she carried on tapping on her keyboard.

Fantastic stay with superb service

My room provided a lovely view of the pool. I also noticed that the hotel has a private beach area. The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help with any questions. The hotel's layout was beautiful with well kept gardens and quiet spaces.
The minibar prices are quite high, especially for basic items.
