The arrival lacked warmth. I had to request help with my luggage , and staff seemed reluctant. The thick hallway carpets made wheeling luggage difficult.

i stayed in late october 2024. staff happily addressed every request. they arranged an additional night after flight cancellations! dinner reservations were made for us, happily. i really liked the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day.
the hallway carpets were thick. also, there were three steps in the hallways. a ramp would be more practical, i think.

this gem sits on a tranquil street, a quiet escape from city bustle, and it is close to l'arc de triomphe. the champs élysées is within easy reach, just 100 metres, i believe. access is really very convenient.

the staff showed great kindness and care, always ready to help. annabel. simon were pretty good too explain the beautiful balcony to me. the staff is efficient!
