I really loved the warm welcome. the rooms are super clean. I found them spacious and beautifully decorated. housekeeping staff were so kind. They gave really useful directions for visiting the city. the personal touch of a pre-arrival call to clarify my needs was excellent.
the deposit policy wasn't so clear when i booked, it caused a little confusion with my card payments.

the hotel's location is a little outside the city, but it is easily accessible. it felt peaceful and quiet! i also found that it was very convenient to reach main roads from the hotel.

the hotel provided easy go charging facilities. the lunch menu was quite extensive, and the feta salad with prawns was good. i found the surroundings quiet and peaceful.
the wi-fi did not function in many rooms. i also noticed there were no safes provided inside the rooms. breakfast times were staggered, apparently because the room is not large enough to accommodate everyone at once.

The room was spacious and clean, furnished with style.
I found that the staff was not pleasant, especially one rude man at breakfast. Reception personnel were slow at understanding my issue and were not eager to assist. This is not the customer service I expect. The breakfast quality was poor for the price. Cheese had developed hard rims, and fresh options were scarce.
