My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while really comfy, were hidden in an annex building, and the layout was somewhat unconventional. It was a bit frustrating that the air conditioning didn't work on the first night and the temperature was quite high. On the bright side, the room design was beautiful and matched the overall aesthetic of the hotel.

The service was top-notch. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and extremely helpful in several instances. They even responded swiftly to a last-minute request, which I truly appreciated.

The location had its ups and downs. While it was overcrowded and a bit challenging to access with multiple elevators and stairs, it was conveniently situated only a few minutes' walk from Rotterdam Blaak. This location in Kralingen suited our purposes perfectly.

The dining experience left much to be desired. The options were really poor with below-average service, leading me to eat in bed since the dining area was crowded. The succulent organic chicken was a sole highlight in this aspect.
