the location was good and convenient overall.
The room was quite cold at night. The radiators did not seem to provide enough heat even when turned on! the windows felt drafty, I could feel the cold air seeping in.

The staff was very helpful and cute (always smiling!). The location is great, close to the markets, trams, and a supermarket. The facilities were excellent and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the staff set the room up for my partner's birthday.
The shower had no door for privacy.

i found a grocery store just across from the hotel, really convenient. many restaurants were nearby and provided many options. the staff were cute and very helpful. the room had a fan, it was a double room air conditioning, and a full length mirror, i liked that.
