cramped bathroom closed bar
the staff were warm and helpful i found that acceptable
the room we booked was supposed to have a balcony overlooking bourbon street it did not the bathroom was cramped i had to turn sideways to exit the bar inside was closed most of the week only opening on certain nights

convenient parking friendly staff
Valet parking was convenient. I used it each day. the hotel's location allowed easy exploration. Everything felt close. i especially liked the hotel's friendly staff. They were always ready to help.
The ice machine on my floor did not work. It was quite an inconvenience. i had to go to another floor each time i needed ice. This was frustrating. it would be great if this was fixed.

The hotel had a server that also worked as a bartender. They managed both roles well. there was also a cook who made good food. They often checked on guests. hot coffee was available in the lobby.

A parking garage was available. It provided convenient access to my car. the pool was well kept. It looked clean. i found the valet parking service fast. I appreciated the quick assistance.

The room featured a laptop-sized safe. I found it useful. housekeeping provided service every other day. The service was sufficient. a balcony was a nice addition to the room. I liked the outside space.

superb location friendly staff
The hotel is in a superb location. It has friendly staff. My room was quiet when the doors were closed. I appreciated the pool area when I wanted to relax.
the ice machine on the second floor was out of order. This caused some inconvenience when I needed ice for drinks. Maintenance should address this issue promptly.

The front desk provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. Staff members were always available. They addressed guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, especially regarding airport transportation.

late check-in unfulfilled promise
The staff was efficient and polite.
I booked a room, but my written confirmation stated check-in was at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 1:30 p.m, but the room was not ready. I returned several times and waited until 5:00 p.m. No one notified me about the room being ready despite their promise.
