The condition of the room disappointed me. The balcony doors showed signs of black mold and clearly needed repainting.

The staff was efficient and polite.
I booked a room, but my written confirmation stated check-in was at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 1:30 p.m, but the room was not ready. I returned several times and waited until 5:00 p.m. No one notified me about the room being ready despite their promise.
