the room we booked was supposed to have a balcony overlooking bourbon street it did not the bathroom was cramped i had to turn sideways to exit the bar inside was closed most of the week only opening on certain nights

Valet parking was convenient. I used it each day. the hotel's location allowed easy exploration. Everything felt close. i especially liked the hotel's friendly staff. They were always ready to help.
The ice machine on my floor did not work. It was quite an inconvenience. i had to go to another floor each time i needed ice. This was frustrating. it would be great if this was fixed.

The hotel had a server that also worked as a bartender. They managed both roles well. there was also a cook who made good food. They often checked on guests. hot coffee was available in the lobby.

The hotel is in a superb location. It has friendly staff. My room was quiet when the doors were closed. I appreciated the pool area when I wanted to relax.
the ice machine on the second floor was out of order. This caused some inconvenience when I needed ice for drinks. Maintenance should address this issue promptly.

The staff was efficient and polite.
I booked a room, but my written confirmation stated check-in was at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 1:30 p.m, but the room was not ready. I returned several times and waited until 5:00 p.m. No one notified me about the room being ready despite their promise.
