Acceptable Location, Heating Problems

The hotel's location is awesome, especially being in the heart of the area.
I went the week before Christmas, and the room was an unbearable 74 degrees. Maintenance told me the whole hotel was like that. There was no way to cool it down, so I barely slept.

The location was superb (i loved being so close to everything). the room was very clean. I never waited long.
I found the internet access in the room quite poor. the absence of a mini-fridge was a noticeable inconvenience. also, requesting extra blankets took longer than expected. They arrived well past midnight.

good locationroom temperatureunpleasant experience
the location was quite good for accessing many shops nearby.
the room temperature was a problem it was too warm even with adjustments to the thermostat maintenance suggested opening the window since the building's temperature was consistent i found it difficult to sleep due to the stuffiness despite the outside temperature being much cooler the situation was not resolved i heard other guests express the same concern the experience was quite unpleasant.

the staff was amazing, so kind and helpful with everything i needed. my room had such a beautiful view, really did take my breath.
the bathroom could have used better ventilation, the steam was much after showers.

the location could not be beat. it was a quick walk to the theater and many restaurants. the subway station near ensures easy access to other parts.
